Online Benefit Administration
Our web-based services enables employers to update
employee data 24 hours a day, including electronic enrollment of new
employees for coverage; employee census information changes; employee
terminations; and date of birth, Social Security number, etc. All
benefit billing can be reconciled to give you complete accuracy of your
benefit bills.
Consolidated Billing
Consolidated Billing No longer will you need to process multiple
applications and send them to various locations. After the
employee completes the consolidated enrollment form that includes all
lines of group coverage, you send this information to our third party
administrator. We then provide the information to all of the insurance
carriers. Then the employee will be listed on the very next months
consolidated bill.
You will no longer be required to fill out
the multiple employee applications, contact each carrier, fill out the
change section of each insurance carrier’s bill and handle the
COBRA billing. All that is required is to fill out the employee
termination form and fax it to our TPA office.
